Wendy Miller is an associate professor at the IU School of Nursing, where she teaches in the Ph.D. program and has an externally funded program of research focused on the development and testing of patient-centered interventions for adults living with epilepsy. Director of the IUSON's Social Network Health Research Laboratory, Miller collaborates with informatics scientists to use Big Data (e.g. social media data) to uncover the organic patient voice in order to make self-management interventions maximally patient-centered. She is currently funded by the National Library of Medicine at the NIH for this work.
